What is a Mountain Access Card?


Previously known as a Falls Creek or Hotham Snow Pass card, or Epic Australia Pass card.

Mountain Access Cards are used to hold all of your purchased product information to provide easy access to lifts by scanning through gates at each lift using RFID technology - this includes lift access, rental and lesson products.

Mountain Access Cards are allocated to one guest (cannot be shared between guests) and should be retained as they can be re-loaded from season to season.

Where do I pick up my Mountain Access Card?


Find your QR code by signing in here and selecting "Mountain Access Cards". Scan at one of our pick up machines in resort and your purchased card(s) will be printed.

Pick up machines in FALLS CREEK can be found in the following locations:

  • Falls Creek Sports, Slalom Plaza
  • Falls Creek Sports, Village Bowl
  • Falls Creek Sports, Gebi's Building
  • The Board Lounge
