  • Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    You may return eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Please note that any requests for returns or exchanges made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.


    • Non-Returnable Items

    Certain types of products cannot be returned or exchanged. These include, but are not limited to:

    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page

    • Shipping Returned Items

    You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


    • Inspection and Processing

    Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item.

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference, at no additional cost to you.

    We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Once we receive the item, we will process the replacement or refund accordingly.
